For many years, Jennifer, along with husband Joel, have observed a steady decline of customer service in today’s business climate. Coming from an entrepreneurial family with roots in a lumber business, customer service has always been at the core of the family business. Immersed in customer service from a young age, along with her experience in the banking industry, serving customers has always been a part of her mission. After a time away from business to raise their 4 children, Jennifer joined Joel and together pursued their shared vision of Flow Control Automation. Jennifer will focus primarily on the financial side of the business as the Controller, in addition to her role as CEO. Jennifer’s hobbies include: event planning, mentoring young women, quilting, volunteering, spending time with her family and spoiling her grandchildren.
